At Let’s Think, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

  • We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

    • Proof of damage/defect (images or video) must be shared at the time of request.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Products with missing original packaging, labels, or accessories.

  • Any request raised after the 48-hour window.

Refunds

  • Once the return is approved and the product is inspected, refunds will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
